[Travel] I’m going to Canada, help!

TRAVEL.png

You may have seen recently that I posted about resolutions. Usually I don’t make them but this year I thought, why not? One of my resolutions ended up being a combo of say yes to more things/have more adventures. Well kids, I am off on an adventure…in May. I’ve gone ahead and booked myself a solo trip to Canada just after my 28th birthday for a few weeks. What I need to know is if anyone has any must sees or tips for surviving in Vancouver over a few days? I’m doing a tour for most of my trip up through Banff, Lake Louise, Whistler and the general Rockies package, but before and after the tour I am going to be skulking around Vancouver.

So there you go, my short sweet cry for help haha.

“Funny thing about true happiness, though. You never know it’s inside you until someone pulls it out.”

Quick fire review:

4 out of 5 stars

This is a sexy romance with a lot of heart. I loved watching these two friends embark on a forbidden love and deal with the emotional fallout of some past actions.

Also sidenote, Tucker has officially been entered into the book boyfriend list.

[Quick Fire Review] The Possible

BOOKHAUL

I received a copy of this book for free from the publisher Bloomsbury Australia in exchange for an honest review.

If you haven’t read the other rounds, my quick fire reviews are for books I read but either didn’t enjoy enough to write a complete review or I just don’t have enough to say about.

I was really excited when I received a copy of this book from Bloomsbury because the premise sounded amazing, but the problem with this thriller is that it felt quite predictable.

The characters were okay and the writing in itself was actually quite intriguing, but I kept feeling like a something big was on the way but it never eventuated. It could possibly have just been the mood I was in as I do believe there is someone who would really enjoy this book so don’t take this review at face value, give it a try for yourself.
